Map Question - Guild Wars Forums

I finally reached lvl 20 (yay, lol), and am in the Augery Rock area, having completed one of the Challenges (Elona's), and am looking at the Map seeing all of these locations I haven't been too yet that I might've overlooked previously on the world map, Like Thunderhead Keep, Ice Caves of Sorrow, Droknar's Forge, and I heard there are missions that'll take you there, and I was wondering if I've missed/skipped a whole bunch of stuff, or just haven't gotten there yet? Any help would be appreciated, as Im' at a loss. I mean should I continue and try to go through Ascension and THEN head back through them all?

You havent missed anything yet, after you finish Ascension and then do the Dragons Lair mission, then you will end out in south Shiverpeaks and do those missions. So you are going in the right order.
